San Geronimo Airpark was founded in western Bexar County, Texas in 1981, by a group of aviation enthusiasts who spent years building the airpark with their own hands, as a place to raise their families and indulge their love of flying.

San Geronimo Airpark [8T8] is FAA registered as a public use airpark. AirNav 8T8 Link

Since 2015, 8T8 has been owned and operated by the San Geronimo Airpark Property Owners Association. There are approximately 100 hangars and 30 or so residences in the airpark.

We welcome daytime arrivals but we don't have runway lights for night landings. Be aware, there may be deer and hogs on the runway as night approaches.

In the interest of being good neighbors to nearby residential subdivisions, we request you perform no more than 2 touch-and-goes per day at our airpark.

Bring your own tie down equipment for overnight stays. Parking is permitted only north and west of the Ops/EAA buildings no closer to the runway than the line of hangars. The first 14 nights parking is free if you check in with the POA upon arrival [210-744-1187]. Parking beyond 14 nights or in unauthorized areas will be subject to a fee of $50 per night.

We do not have onsite fuel. Castroville Municipal [KCVB], 10 miles southwest, has the nearest fuel.

Prior to arrival, please review our Airpark Operating Rules as amended May 2022
